The Full Story

Allie and Micky are both seniors at the University of Michigan, majoring in Musical Theater and Dance, respectively. While they have quite an obvious shared passion for the arts, Allie and Micky actually met through their shared minor in writing capstone class, where their shared love of the arts, coffee, and the creative process started a fast friendship.

We wanted to make an online space for ourselves and for you to reflect, learn, and grow off of our college experiences. College can be some of a young artist's most formidable years, and we both feel that learning to love the daunting idea of being "in process" has been one of the most valuable lessons we have learned. Whether it's been choreographing a new work, inhabiting a new character, or just figuring out how to live the most creative lives we can live, we are so excited to share our thoughts, ideas, and dreams with you all!

Hey there! My name is Micky Esteban and I'm originally from Canton, CT. Think Gilmore Girls, but smaller. I'm currently finishing up my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a minor in Writing at the University of Michigan, with plans to live the freelance artist life upon graduation.
Hey, I'm Allie Re (and yes, that rhymed!) I am originally from the Bay Area in California. I am about to graduate from the University of Michigan with my BFA in Musical Theatre and a Minor in Writing. I plan to make the big move to the Big Apple shortly after commencement to begin what I call "the grind"... aka auditioning, making rent and making NYC my new home!
